I have to say that when I bought my sat nav system from Gpsforless I received excellent service. Even receiving a phone call back to confirm when the system would be delivered.
My globalsat is now no longer working (doesn't power on just one flash of the green and blue leds and then nothing). It's a shame they couldn't find a way of having someone to answer the phones and emails while the move is going on as it looks like they may loose a lot of future customers.
I hope they get the move completed soon as I need to get my globalsat fixed |

Craig & Tracy,
got your e-mail authorising my refund, thanks for that, just waiting for the money to be credited now.
I appreciate it's difficult during a move but surely just someone answering e-mails if nothing else could have been managed?
Will you be investigating why the K3 is causing people problems and perhaps removing it from sale whilst you do?
Regards. |

I was concerned about what would happen to my refund during their closure
but they have replied promptly before the date stated on the website they would reopen and have refunded my money already, can't say fairer than that and would still use them again
No reply about the K3 yet though. |

Hi JorgenvonStrangle
We have contacted our supplier 5/9/05 about the pairing of the k3 receiver. The instructions we have been sent is that this receiver does not pair in the normal way. we have been assured that this receiver works fine and will be testing today 6/9/05. if the receiver is found to be faulty we will not hesitate to remove from our website
Regards
Craig & Tracy
