I hope someone can help. I keep getting the following message when I click on Synchronize:
'Before you can synchronize, the map used by TomTom Navigator has to be known to CheckPOint.
Please press the Navigate button first to make that happen.'
When I press the Navigate button, Tomtom loads up and nothing else happens and I get same message again and again.
Please help. |

Samsul,
I created a separate thread to see if the problem could be resolved.

Don't know whether you have upgraded your version of Navigator like I did. It looks like we have to contact the guys at checkpoint directly to see what the problem is.
What do you think of the hw6515? I have managed to get everything else working, got Traffic setup & got GPRS to run correctly so I can download the Quick GPS fix & traffic data without any problems. So far the GPS signal is stronger than the previous wired GPS devices I've used. I've even customised the Navigator menus. Just need the checkpoint software to run now!! |
