Handnav Smartclip

to cut a long story short placed an order for a smartclip on the weds 3rd august, its now the 24th and no sign of it.
I'v already phoned him twice, first tiem I was told it will be sent next week and then when i phoned the following week chetan says "so do you want to cancel your order" (a very polite person isnt he?) , well I figure after waiting about 2 and a half weeks I may as well wait a bit longer, it seems like he gets dates out of the air and has no idea when he will actually be getting it himself.

Its a real shame no one else does these clips, I will let you know when it arrives.

Mike Barrett you should warn customers in your review what customer service we can expect from handnav when we actually order these clips, it seems like you only received good service because of your influence on this site.

You could always try here http://www.cellustar.co.uk/acatalog/Basic_Products.html. This looks likethe same sort of thing, they are the manufacturer and they have a shopping cart.

its the 30th and still havent received anything, probably still hasnt been despatched, chetan do you really think you will get new customers when they read stuff like this about you?

he said he wont be able to get hold of the smartclip (I think he wasnt well informed either), said he'll send me a proclip instead, hopefully that will arrive much quicker.
To his credit he has always answered the phone whenever I had called him.

Proclip arrived today, I guess he was having trouble sourcing the smartclip (since I changed order to proclip it only took one day to arrive).
Overall I would say Handnav were pretty good, just a slight issue with communication.
