I’ve used super e trader and found them to be very professional. Their deliveries are quick, although I think goods are shipped from somewhere else. If you’re buying a PDA or something like that it’s probably best to try and phone them if you can and mention that you don’t want a ‘Grey Import’ (read the sticky in this forum).

I have also used superetrader.co.uk & found there service to be very efficient.
Ordered new hx4700 monday night at 8pm, received by courier today (wednesday) at 10am.
Tracked order on their website upto them shipping to citylink couriers & then used the link provided by superetrader to monitor citylink delivery stage - no problems so far! |

Sorry to put a downer on things, you may want to check the ABU code for this machine, the one I got from them was a Malyasian import sent it back straight away - may be professionals but are selling HP illegally given the court ruling against expansys |

|

I can personally guarantee that in the last six months superetrader have not sold any grey iPAQs. Up until that time - when HP went after expansys - everybody except TotalPDA were selling grey (and even TotalPDA used to!).
We all felt justified in doing so as the grey product was identical to the ABU model. HP's warranty was (and still is) worldwide. We were able to provide the same product at a lower price.
What really caused the situation to blow up was the introduction of the hx4700. For the first time there was a difference in the hardware -specifically wireless channel availability. Furthermore, warranty on the grey product was only one year as opposed to two years for the ABU model.
We all learnt a lesson, which expansys paid heavily for. There are one or two reckless sites still selling grey but I can assure you superetrader is NOT one of them. |
