Hi all,
I will to have tomtom Navigator 5 or tomtom mobile 5 and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on which hardware to get to best run this software?

i use 7710, big screen, but really depends on what else you want out of device.
I've used spvc500 and 6600 and out of these 2 i'd say spv c500 cos built-in speaker is much louder. also phone has many more features and looks cool too. |

I would say most of the phones are roughly similar when running TomTom5. Therefore take the list of compatible phones and then decide which will perform best as a phone for you. |

TTM5 on my Nokia 9500 is ok, (Think I should have gone for Navicore),
<-- W I D E S C R E E N --> is great,
Biggest downside is that it's not touch screen and you have to press buttons all the time, But thats the same for most Mobiile versions,
TTM5 on the 9500 can play Navigator voices as well as Mobile voices,

Thanks everyone for your input...
I think I'm going to go with the 7710.
I have had a 7710 (got a refund after finding it was blocked) so I know this phone and having the touch screen will make tomtom much easier to use...
Anyone got one to sell or know where to buy one bundled with tomtom 5?

I have a brand new navicore for the nokia 9500 ( well two weeks old)
If its legal and you want to swap , I`m up for it!?
I also have the Tom tom mobile 5 for italy and find , for me, its far more intuative.
