Just got the Navigon PNA150 with 4.2 software, I have installed the sync software and downloaded POI-Warner for MobileNavigator|4 is this correct ?? or should it have been 5 ?

I have received my registration code but and my PNA goes to the Warner start up screen asking for the code but....how do I enter it ? I can't get a keyboard to show ????
