Has anyone managed to get these two to talk to each other except in simulation mode?
ie I can use GpsGate as described elsewhere by 'linknet' in order to simulate an itinerary but cannot get GpsGate to access TomTom Gps directly. This brings up error message 'Failed to open TomTom API'. Franson, the suppliers of Gpsgate, offer no solution as yet. |

Yes, I have a socket bluetooth GPS receiver and it communicates fine with this, not just in simulation mode.
Maybe it has problems with the TomTom GPS receiver.

My setup (Holux bluetooth GPS) is fine too, I'm afraid... _________________ Barry Davies
