No maps found

I just installed TTM5 on my C500 using the supplied mini-SD card. At first it all appeared to work apart from not being able to connect to the supplied GPS receiver. So, I installed the Traffic plugin on the storage card. Now it says "No maps found".

Any ideas please?

I hope you made backup first before installing the traffic plugin. This plugin was for Tomtom Mobile (4), last year's version. So now you have downgraded from v5 to v4.42 or so.

You should just use the pre-installed SD card. Turn GPS on, Run TTM5 and wait. After a short while, could be 2 minutes, you are prompted to switch off and on your phone to complete the configuration.

Yes, luckily I did take a backup!

I did do the wait and turn off/on when told thing a few times without success but will try again when I've restored the correct version tonight.

just wondering if you have upgraded c500 to the latest rom from orange

it sounds to me that the bt reciever is not paired

have a look in the bt file on the phone and see if it shows the reciever in there

if you have the new tomtom reciever then you just need to pair in and enter the pasword code

it then usualy will work

did you get the chance to activate ttm5
