Hi, I've been having problems Hotsynching my PalmOne Treo 650, the cause of it appears to be duplicate files generated by TTN5. When I look on the internal memory I have several files with the same name, although the second version has capital letters whereas the first doesn't. So I have currentmap.dat and currentMap.dat. Hotsync seems to treat them as the same file so the first one gets backed up ok but when it comes to the second one it gives a Possible database overwrite problem. error. Renaming the files or deleting them has no effect, the first time TTN5 is run it creates currentmap.dat and the next time it creates currentMap.dat
Anyone else noticed this or have a cure? |

You should remove the one with mixed upper/lowercase, both from internal memory and backup folder.
You can also remove both, from both locations. It's an harmless file that is created again after selecting a map. |
