Hi Dave,
Just a little question about the camera database and the camera locations, when i zoom right in on some of the cameras, they seem to move of the road and into the middle of a field, would this make a difference to copilot 5 displaying this camera |

Hi there everyone,
I am new to this forum and i just got my CP5 software running patch v.48. i went through the 8 file speed cam procedure and ticked safety camera poi tab, however, when driving i get no alert of them (and they don't show on the map(other poi appear fine). I would very much appreciate it if you could give me some advice on how to fix this.
Thank you for your time..

Make sure that when you go to Options/POI screen you move the " Report POI's which are...." slider one step from the left before exiting and ensure you click "OK" before exiting too. You have to do this each time you go into this screen. It doesn't remember the setting and seems to default to the first slider position which for some reason doesn't work for most people. See forum - lots on this previously.

Forgot to add - they only work in the Guidance mode and not in Navigate! |

You have to do this each time you go into this screen. |
In fact, I think you have to do this when you change any of the Options, since it will move the slider to the left whether you look at the POI tab or not. _________________ Ian
