outlook 2002 problem

hello every body i have a HP ipaq hx2100 pocket pc and TT5N, i tried to down load the companion cd, but it wouldnt start so i down loaded Activsync 3.8 although the one on my cd was 3.7.1 does it make a difference and another question where can i download outlook 2002 from?

With my iPAQ2210, Outlook was on the CD supplied by HP, which also has Active Sync

i know that there is a companion cd supplied with the pocket pc but i doesnt work??????
