GPS bluetooth receiver Failed with Green LED always on.

I was on a trip this weekend when my Bluetooth GPS receiver failed. When I power it on the Blue LED flashes once and then the Green LED stays on until I power off the unit.

Has any one had the same failure.

Sounds similiar to a problem I had; when the unit was powered on the green LED lit, but the blue LED did not begin to flash and it was not possible to make a bluetooth connection to my PDA.

I contacted TomTom about it and the unit was replaced under warrenty.
