I have just installed tt5 now cannot get CheckPOInt 2 to work it starts tt ok but is no icon in the bottom so i cannot set the options |

Until TomTom release the SDK file for V 5 and the 3rd party software developers upgrade their software you can't use 3rd part applications. _________________ Graham.

What were you using checkpoint for? If it was for POI warning, TTN5 has this option built in. |

TomTom have now released the V5 SDK, but it's up to the Checkpoint authors if they want to bother changing it or not. |

thanks for that i downloaded the file all works ok. just one thing ther is no gatso 20 & 70. plus mobile 20 |

The new version of POI Warner works for TTN5.1
It gives the same audible warning as before but the visual is now the black message box/balloon which names the POI and counts down the distance.
I think I prefer the visuals with the falshing icon from the built in warning in TT5 but that lacks the speed and time control of the POI Warner. |

There is only room for 15 voices in data.chk so the basic Gatso/Mobile voice can/has to be used. _________________ Richard
