Frozen iPAQ screen - help please

The screen on my PDA appears to be frozen; although I can use the buttons to navigate, I cannot make any inputs via the screen. I have tried a soft reset, but am loathed to do another hard reset unless I really have to.

Is it possible that I have "disabled" inputs with the stylus? It does work sometimes, but I can see no logical explanation as to when it works and when it doesn't.

Any advice, as always, gratefully received

OK this is a long shot but try re callibrating the screen, you will strugle to get to that option if this is what is wrong but if need be try a hard reset (a bit drastic but I have seen this before) - if you get to the cal screen be real carefull about where you press the stylus on the screen i.e. on the mark - if off by a little bit the screen will appear not to work - not wanting to state the obvious but if you wear glasses please use them - that was the problem last time I saw this - but that chaps nickname is MR Magoo - hope this might fix the problem and no offence intended - Mike
