i must say they are usually on the ball with most queries, i'd suggest that when you contact them give them a full and comprehensive detail of your problem and make sure you get the name of the person dealing with your query so that if you need to state your case again they can back track to that particular person who dealt with you initially hope this helps you out :D |

I presume you mean www.pdamods.com
I haven't had personal experience but a close friend of mine last week, purchased from them:
Mio pda with built in gps (can't remember the model number)
9 in 1 card reader
Gps re-radiator
special power socket and other kit...
He rang me early afternoon to say he was ordering the kit. The following morning he rang me to say that it had all arrived. He was very impressed not only with the service and delivery, but very pleased with his new kit,
I am concidering buying some kit from them - certainly I have no quarms in doing so.
It is possible that they are out of stock and waiting for replacements - It does happen. However, If you feel agrieved about poor service etc, you should put your complaints to them in writing. If that brings no answer, then you should go to your local trading standards office. _________________ Axim X50 & TT5, Arkon CM820 powered mount with built in sirf2 gps

This post is possibly better placed in the 'retailers to buy from or avoid' forum...
There you will find much hot debate on the good and bad side of pdamods (You definitely will not find any indiferent posts about them there.) Personally i've never dealt with them, but the impression i get is that they have a fairly impressive ebay feedback and a lot of customers seem happy, but they do seem to let them selves down as a company when people make complaints of any nature. _________________ TT 730 |
