I have a 3950 iPAQ with the tomtom software but can't decide what receiver to use. Can anyone tell me of their experiences of a sleeve, CF or wired receiver. I am considering a NAVMAN sleeve (GPS3300), a RIKALINE X6 a GLOBALSAT BC307 or PRETEC COMPACTGPS. I will mainly be using it for in car navigation, but having a mobile unit is a bonus. I'm not too keen on having a cable in the car (I don't have bluetooth), but if the CF or sleeve have reception problems I will go down the cable route. Any comments or advice would be gratefully received. Cheers.

Neil,

I hope you have more luck than I did. I asked for advice/recommendations about CF receivers and so far I haven't had any feedback. I think that most people seem to be using bluetooth aerials. I want to use CF as I want to use GPS in and out of the car.

I'll keep an eye on your thread too!!

But you can use bluetooth out of the car just as easily?
