Franson GPS Gate - Virtual Comm port management

At the moment I am using VirCommMgr with POIobserver on a mio 269 - all works perfectly. One issue is that I can only specify one virtual comm port.

I would like to know if anyone has been successfull in using GPS Gate from Franson to manage multiple Virtual Comm ports so that more than one application can run at the same time. Ideally this might be VittesseLimit plus a navigation package such as TomTom or MioMap, or potentially some logging software to geocache points on a route for upload to a PC at a later date.

Any thoughts or experiences would be great to hear/share.

Check my Sig to see what I have had running at the same time using GPSGate and what hardware I use it on.

TTN3 (or 5), Mapoplois, GPSview, VisualGPSce and GPSDash all at the same time... Using two differnet Virtual com ports.
