TT5/Treo650/Seidio2100s/iTrek s3?

Hi, just got TT5 with the TT BT receiver primarily for use in a non-nav Acura TL. This places me in Bluetooth hell because the car's HandsFreeLink system monopolizes the Treo's bluetooth connection unless I have the receiver and TT running before starting the car. Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of the receiver, compared to an old Garmin unit from 6 years ago, it gets a fix in no time. On to my question...

I would like to get the Seidio 2100S car kit and attach the newer iTrek s3 wired receiver that has the SirfIII chipset to avoid the bluetooth conflict. Will this work with TT5? If so, how do I figure out what cable to order with the 2100 so that the iTrek will go into the RJ11 port? Am I otherwise an idiot for considering this setup? Thanks in advance.

Bonus question--can I (easily) mount the Seidio 2100s to a proclip mount? Proclip has a great mount for the TL.
