What is the size of your SD card and how much free space do you have on it?

the size of the card is 128mb and there is 1.63mb free

You need approximately 2 Mb free for the go to function correctly.

Any of the voices you don't need. They take up approx 1 Mb each. Its best to remove these using the installation cd that came with the go.

i have deleted voices but there are still silouettes of the faces it only seems like tim is the only active voice i got rid of various voices but dos'ent seem to have affected space
