Destinator PN Activation problem

When I installed, I never got the device ID displayed to activate. I then tried via the Quick Activation link via the pc console. The first screen asks you to choose a language, but the drop down list box is blank. You can't add anything in the box either, so I can't get any further. I contacted support, but apart from an automated response, I've had no joy. Anyone else had this problem?

Destinator PN sold in the UK does NOT require activation.

If your's does then it's probably a beta version as I had to activate those!
