hi all, i've just bought a ttg 300 as i'm off to north wales 2mrw. i updated it to v5.20 and then loaded the speed camera data onto it. but now when i power the unit up it loads from the card and two hands come up and it locks up.
i thought i might have put the speed camera data in the wrong folder but when i enter the great britain data folder of the ttg it locks the pc up until i turn the ttg off. i've deleted the extra voices prompts that i got off the website, but its still the same.
can anyone help pleeeese, i'm really stuck
cheers |

It sounds very much as if you have a corrupt file.
Have you done a complete backup of the SD card? If so the quickest way is to reformat the card and Copy/Paste the backup from the PC. _________________ Richard

All the TomTom backup does is save your personal settings. The full backup has to be done with Copy/Paste to a folder on the PC.
With the TTG connected to the PC, is it possible to delete the camera files with Windows Explorer? _________________ Richard
