Hi
Beware this company, I purchased a Sandisk 1GB SD card from these guys. The card arrive ok but was faulty. I have tried to arrange a replacement from the day of receipt (now over 3 weeks). There are no telephone numbers on their site, you must fill in an email form.

ontact sandisk direct - they are pretty good and will give you a uk address to return the card to for replacement.
they even did this for a card I got on ebay from the US - I sent it to the uk address provided and got the replacement without any hassle.

Do you have a telephone number or address for Sandisk in the UK, I have looked on their web site and spoken to the US customer services who are unhelpfull, their responce has been, YOU MUST GET THE ITEM REPLACED BY THE VENDOR, even though the vendor refuses to enter into any form of communication.
I am having a really difficult time with this and it is probably £60 down the drain, I am getting really hacked off with internet retallers! |

sandisk uk support no.
0207-3654-193
don't wish to boast but it took less than 10 seconds to find it on their website!
When I called them they gave me 2 dealers names - I said I'd received the card as gift and didn't know the name of the dealer.
HTH

hope this works out for you - your card could be a "grey import" but counterfeit sounds worrying.
I wouldn't buy anything from a website where the contact us tab doesn't give an address - but if you need it the registered office for data Kits Ltd is
DATA KITS LIMITED
9 FRENSHAM ROAD
SOUTHSEA
HANTS
PO4 8AD
Company No. 05355526
note: this may be an accountants or lawyers office.
also a bit strange that the website shows xxxx requests since 28 July 2004 when the company has only existed since 7/2/2005.
good luck

Not necessarily a problem - we were selling our products some time before we established a separate limited company.
(Note that I'm not defending this company, I've never heard of them or dealt with them, just a possible reason for this anomaly). |
