|
|
I've bought a HP 4700 with Copilot 5 Live... with bluetooth receiver.... but it won't work!
CoPilot is installed ok - but I can't get the IPaq to find the copilot GPS bluetooth receiver (either in the software itself or in Bluetooth manager - 'explore a bluetooth device'... nothing found..bluetooth symbol just spins round forever and doesn;t find anything). GPS receiver seems fine - is charged, blue light blinking etc
I've tried everything... re-installing software etc etc
has anyone got any help for me... Ppppllleeeeaassee? |

The receiver may be defective. Can you try with another BT device - does the iPAQ see it? _________________ Lutz

What is the status of the green and blue lights on your unit. If either of these are out, your unit is defective.
Have you ever had the two communicating in the past?
