I have just bought the medion md95900 and did not really like the sftware on it, as you cannot search for full postcodes, i was wondering if you could change the software on it to one of the other makes like tomtom and if so how to do it?
Some basic advise would be most appreciated as am a new comer to GPS.

Why do you need full postcode look up?
I find that the first 5 characters and the house number are all that is required.
Even for a full post code look up you still need to give the house number. I don't see what the benefit would be. |

I just found that the software on the medion at the moment meant that it was dificult to locate a hose that was not in a town and that houses in villages were dificult to locate. i was wondering really if the software on other GPS's was any better. |

How do you get 5 characters? I can only input 4. |
