Is there any way I can squeeze the French map on a 256SD card? looking at the properties of the file it's 254meg are any files deleteable i.e. TMCCodes.dat as I'm going to France Tuesday morning and allready splashed out on the 256 card thinking it would be fine. If not this is another story of someone "upgrading" from v5 to v3

You can safely delete the POI.dat file at 4.57 MB if you can manage without POI's.

Problem is that a nominal 256 MB SD card is actually only about 244.1 MB.

Cheers Roger, I tried not adding the POI file but the file is still too big so it's either a new 512meg card or use TT3. To be honest I've still got bugs to iron out in TT5 after two days tinkering and go to France tommorrow so I'm just going to revert back to TT3

Hi Fisherman
Did you see my post regarding one of your other problems:
Quote:
Navigate to POI, especially good at finding a POI named "POI not found"

I think you may have the same bug as here:

http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=22819

When the POI search is working correctly it will show POI's which are 100's of miles away and therefore almost never produces a "No POI found" message.
This "No POI found" problem can either give a "No POI found" message or just crash TTN5 to the Today screen.
