Has your TTN5 upgrade shipped yet?

Order No. 5560XX 'Warehouse' (been there since noom 3rd June, hope that means it will be deliveded Monday or Tuesday).
What is the highest (and lowest) order no. issued for TTN 5?
Hope the warehouse staff are at least keeping pace with orders placed but I doubt it judging by the posts on this thread.

Well, for some reason, having place my order last week, TomTom cancelled it themselves for no reason. I emailed them asking why and they told me they were having problems with their site.

Have to place the order again now.....

Order No. 556XXX, currently at UPS in Barking so should receive Monday hopefully.

I know it is frustrating playing the waiting and guessing game but when I ordered my copy it clearly said that delivery could take up to 5 weeks, the way I see it is if it is delivered before that time then it's a bonus.

The communication I have received has been very good, emails received to notify item had been shipped and one with invoice.

Try ordering anything from somewhere like dabs.com, if it is out of stock (even if it was in stock when ordered) you can be waiting for ages with no information at all.

As TomTom Navigator has made my working life so much easier I do feel they get some unfair criticism (in all areas).

Tomtom site reports 'Warehouse'

UPS delivered 13.25 today.

It seems that Tomtom are not making updates to the site info a priority so don't take it for gospel that it is still in the warehouse, it may have been shipped.

Tomtom said upto 5 weeks but only took 10 days. That's not bad at all.

Showing as Authorised and Warehouse.

Shot an email off to TomTom and got the most generic reply I have ever seen - guff about logging in to view your order.

My father-in-law's order number is 20 below mine and he took delivery last Friday.

I realise it says it can take up to five weeks but when some people's orders arrive within eight days and others are left wanting,well.. it doesn't make sense.

My order has been showing Authorised and Warehouse for nearly a week now.

A question for those who have received their upgrade - does the status change from this and did you receive an e-mail confirming it had been shipped, or did it just turn up on your doorstep?
