Beginner query - Peugeot 206 + Tomtom 5 - what kit needed?

Deal all,
Apologies if this falls into the "it's been asked a thousand times before" category. I've got a Peugeot 206 and an ipaq 3870 and I wanted to get Navigator 5 for them. I figured I would get the Bluetooth version to save on the number of wires trailing about. What I just wanted to find out is exactly what I need to buy? I've never bought/used a GPS system before and I'm barely across how to use my ipaq (I bought it second hand but it works fine) but bare in mind we all have to start from scratch at some point!
I just wanted to find out exactly what I needed to buy beyond the obvious Navigator software. Some sort of mounting for the windscreen I'm assuming? Are there any suggestions as to the best ones to use?
An extra memory card of some sort? Is there a min capacity that I need?
An external ariel - are there any particular ones that are compatible with Nav 5 bluetooth or will any work?
