I have commented before on the bad service I have seen with Co-Pilot and after 3 months, were it not for the help and support from PDAMODS I would have packed it in. The retailers are responsible of course for the quality of the product but there are times when only the manufacturer can resolve faults - and co-pilot does have its problems. However I can recommend PDAMODS and of you do have problems with them, persevere since they do want to give a good service but may be themselves frustrated by some outside issue. BarryB |

Why 'persevere' with PDAMODS when there are numerous honest retailers out there providing excellent, reliable service. Valueflash, pcnextday, globalpostioningsystems to name a few.
Sending incorrect goods, lengthy delivery times, failing to reply to emails asking for support, rude when they do reply, general poor quality of goods, no support phone number...etc, etc....frankly I don't believe they 'want to give a good service' as you suggest. They are a dishonest retailer trading under numerous different names all of which people have had problems with. I also believe that they do not have a dedicated support team and Peter Smithe, Ian and Sam are all the same person. |

Surely the need to persevere in itself is a negative point? |

Sorry
But PDAMODS are a JOKE!
Deliberately unhelpful, conceited liars who went out of their way to make doing business with them a nightmare.
I won't bore you will all the details, you can view my tale of woe below:

Take my advise and stay well away. It only cost me £20, God help you if you buy from them and something goes wrong! |
