Has your TTN5 upgrade shipped yet?

Mine has also shipped. Order number 5429**.

This mornings status with UPS is showig as in transit, so I don't expect delivery. I am hoping for tomorrow.

OK what exactly am I getting ?

Maybe the TTN5 upgrade only ( No Europe Maps )
Maybe the Europe Maps ( No Upgarde )

Either way surely ones not much good without the other.

I have TTN 1710 Ipaq pacage which already has TTN4 if I do get 5 and no new maps is it worth upgrading before maps arrive or not ?

Typical that its the maps why I upgraded as going to France next month. Me thinks Tom Tom have maybe got plenty of upgrades and not enough maps !

Am I right in thinking that anyone with TTN3 maps that they will not work with TTN5 ? question is will they work with TTN4 maps I have ?

. Not happy at all given i ordered ask soon as the upgrade was available, seems everyone elses is at least moving to some extent.

Thanks for pointing out that clicking on the orange Authorised produces useful info. Mine also says "1 x TTN5 Software upgrade Europe from TTN3" but that iswhat the TT site has always said and there is the full €59 price tag next to that on the My Orders page. The UPS tracking number, using the US site as the UPS.NL site seems down, gives the weight as being 30Kg! BTW my number was 549xxx and it was ordered late on 1 June.

Now all I have to do is make sure I am in when it arrives - easier said than done!

Bit Farsical really mine shows TTN3 to TTN5 Europe upgrade. But I have TTN4 and am showing as partially shipped . god only knows what i will get or whether its of any use ! The balance whatever that is is to follow alledgedly

I didn't use the UPS link that they provided. I went to http://www.ups.com and chose united Kingdom as the location, and then entered the tracking number.

This worked fine, and mine is currently in transit (In Holland I believe)
I just hope that the ups driver will deliver to my next door neighbour if I'm not in!!

Now I have had some coffee and woken up I can see it says .30Kg - which seems much more like a pack of CDs!

Mine has just been delivered to my office in the UK....... I am unfortunately negotiating Paris traffic on my way back to the UK.

TTN3 is still very good even though it will probably be retired when I get home in favour of version 5. Jane is not even complaining even though it could be her last trip in version 3 guise.
