Does anyone know why my Acer n35 does a hard reset approx once a day but not at the same hour each day.
It is switched off and suddenly it starts up and resets itself to the orgiinal startup/align screen and I loose all my data and settings.
Good job I do a backup to my PC!
All help greatly appreciated.

That doesn't sound healthy - you should get a replacement machine. _________________ Lutz

Letting you know as requested.
After reading your thoughts on the matter I decided I would have one last try.
I did a hard reset (twice) and then reloaded everthing from a backup. Since then it's been fine. No more mysterious hard resets.
