Is Navigator 5 just going to be available on it's own (with UK maps) as a software package for PocketPC? All the sites I've seen have shown it as a package with bluetooth gps receiver.
Any idea on price if it is?
And how much RAM is it expected to need on a PocketPC (I've got an iMate Jam)?
Cheers,

the iMate has 64 MB RAM which is plenty for TTN5.
If TomTom are true to their tradition of ignoring customer wishes then they will only offer it bundled with their own receiver (which is an excellent device, by the way). Only loud shouting by the user community will make them offer the software-only package. _________________ Lutz

If you look at the FAQs on TomToms site you'll find they state that s/w only WILL be an option |

Cool...I think I might take the plunge and switch from Smartst v2 to Navigator 5 then (and use my original navman bluetooth gps module).
Nav 5 looks much better than smartst...is that the general opinion? |
