It goes in the Root of the SD card. _________________ Richard

The directory (folder) and file structure on an SD card is just like that on a disk drive. If your card appears to your PC as the H drive, then the root is simply H:\ - as opposed to a sub-folder such as H:\Great-Britain-Map\
The root is where all the dataXX.chk and .vif files, etc. are located.

We have now got a version of the data.chk file and I have sent it over to Lutz for processing. Hopefully it will be available soon. _________________ Mike Barrett |

Any likelyhood of the file being up on the site before 4pm? I'm off on a trip to Essex and would like to get spoken POI working with 5.1 before then! |

Not very likely. Lutz is in Texas, a good few hours behind us in the UK.
I am not sure if he is able to do this at work. _________________ Mike Barrett |

And Bah humbug to you as well
Good ole Lutz got up early this morning and before 7:00 he had created a new data.chk for the new 5.1 software.
You can find the instructions and the download link here
I bet you are not allowed automatic machine guns in your re-enactments are you? _________________ Mike Barrett |

Three cheers for Lutz! :D
P.S. Nope! Only smooth bore baker rifles ;) I re-enact the Napoleonic period mate , 95th Rifles Regiment of foot (all you Sharpe and Sean Bean fans will know the regiment ;) ) - seeing as you're located in Essex, if you get bored at the weekend, pop along :D Its a good day out ;) Main battle/skirmish takes place around 2pm usually. |

Too much haste as they say.
Slapped wrists and 100 lines to be written.
It is now changed to read correctly... _________________ Mike Barrett |
