Hello this is my first post.
I have TomTom Mobile on my C500, whenever i load up the app, it takes me through all the set-up process (Language, Voice ect) then it just say's 'No Map Found'. And you have to exit the app. I have the great briton map.
On the storage card i have the directory 'TomTom'
and in that directory i have the folders, 'System', '2577', 'TomTom' and 'Great_Britain Navigator Map'.
If the structure correct? Why does'nt it detect the map?
thanks. |

The structure looks ok but there may be some files missing. Can you reload the map folder from CD onto the storage card? _________________ Lutz

TomTom Mobile doesn't come with a CD backup. Is this an original licenced copy? If so then you will need to contact TomTom to get a re-image of the SD card. _________________ Darren Griffin |

No, this is not correct. The 4 folders need to be directly off the route of the storage card - not under the folder 'TomTom' where you have them now.
Also, the map folder should be called 'Great-Britain-Map'.
Hope this helps. |

I was wrong in my previous post, and qwiki is right - all folders must be in the root of the card. Doesn't look like you are using a genuine copy... _________________ Lutz
