mines broken dont know why just stoped working i am corect in say with the kit it works 12/24 volts looks like im gonna have to send it back so have you sent yours mine 10 months old and i think it maybe fried am not sure so are they good how much did your repair cost i still have the recipt for it let me know if you had any dealing with them and how they turned out

ive seen that post i was think of the uk to be honest i think the ciglighter charger has packed up and sent 12 volt direct tothe tom tom and that aint good so have you had any probs with the charger any one please let me know

The charger problem is well known to TomTom. Just let them know, they will send DHL to collect the old kit, and swap it out in about a week. |

well does anyone know weather they have a uk office where they will exchange it for me also will the new kit have a new 1yr warrenrty and have they sorted the charger problem out do the have a service centre in the m25 any one with info please help thanks in advance

Unless you get the seller to change it for you, I think you will have to send it back to TomTom. If you phone tomtom they will arrange it all.
If yours is not repaired, you will get a reconditioned unit as a replacement, not a new one. |

thanks for all the info guys have they sorted the chager issue do you know also im slighty worried as ive only got 2 months on the warenty left also is there anyway to stop this ???
