tt3 turns off regular and reverts back to bluetooth gps

i have a tt3 on a 2115 hp ipaq and driving along it reverts back to the bluetooth page and i have to fiddle to reset the gps module and get the bluetooth to see the gps module and to get the map back on the screen

could someone tell me what is going wrong or is it my fault
