There is no option to cancel an order on tomtom's website, someone recently mentioned telephoning tomtom to cancel an order, where would I find that number? |

I tried emailing support to cancel my upgrade order, and they basically said I couldn't cancel it, but could return it for a refund instead. Since then, i've realised that I have not made a mistake in buying the SD version as i'm not eligible for the Europe upgrade CD anyway. Still, i'm a bit cheesed off at buying a nice big SD card in preparation for the map which now won't be needed. I guess i'll just use it in my Palm instead. |

You could try quoting the UK "Distance Selling Regulations" 2000. I think you have 10 days to notify them. _________________ Richard

I emailed and complained about them having my money for up to six weeks and they cancelled the next day. |
