I already have a USB in-car charger for my LOOX720 running off a cigarette lighter adaptor. What I just cannot find is a USB cable to plug into the cigarette lighter adaptor and the TOM TOM Bluetooth GPS receiver so that I can also charge this up when necessary. Can anyone please help ? _________________ Cedric

You will have to solder one yourself, and have to be VERY careful not to use that cable anywhere else.
Better get a dual cigarette lighter plug and a regular charger. _________________ Lutz

Thanks for the advice but I find it difficult to accept that there is no freestanding car-charger on the market for the TOM TOM GPS receiver. Hopefully some supplier might see this message as I certainly dont feel proficient enough to do a DIY job like you have suggested. _________________ Cedric

I think we misunderstood each other. I thought you were looking for a cable with USB A plug on one end and a 5V "iPAQ" round plug on the other end.
You can use any (old) iPAQ car charger for the TomTom GPS, but you will need a cig lighter socket for that, not a USB socket. _________________ Lutz
