I contacted them about that as I have two i3s for which no updated maps are available.

They told me that maps would be available for as long as you own the unit.

I eventually settled for the Garmin 1490LMT which has lifetime map updates and traffic.

Will just have to see how it performs. Smile

Before just buying a 1490 today, I used a Garmin i3, and loaded a custom poi file created from http://findthebestroute.com/RouteFinder.html

Then I would just select the next post code in that file. ...
