| thats true but filling the card up till its nearly full doesnt work as the tomtom uses some of the memory to calculate and store the routes. also i noticed that the card only shows up as 119mb on the ... |

as soon as i got my ttg i rush on the pc and tried loading everything possible onto it and as a result it crashed and i had to reset it back to factory setting.

like i said previous the fixed cameras activate as you are close to them so 400yds is more than enough, as you can slow down in time
the temp alert are mostly laser vans and they can detect speed fro ... |

i've set the fixed camera alerts at 400yds but for the mobile i've gone for 1000yds as they use lasers and can catch you from a greater distance.
luckily we dont have specs round my area.

first off i've tried loading the speed camera database and it just crashed my ttg 300 so i guess the standard card is to small.
what card do you recomend (size / make)

sorted it now cheers. i used the card reader on my printer to delete the speed camera files.
ill backup the whole card now via the card reader.
