I thought it might have been possible to write to the card via the i3 connected via USB ( just like a mp3 player )
Better by a card reader/writer then ! |

I bought my i3 in May 2006 (with v8 maps), and I've successfully ordered replacement v9 maps via the MyGarmin website.
I thought you could only get an upgrade if you bought after September/Octo ... |

bought the i3 (loaded with 2.9) 2 days ago ... seemed to work fine, but when I checked the latest software, found that 3.10 was available.
updated to v3.10 yesterday and loaded approx 25000 points ... |
