You can download them either as one complete file or as the 5 separate ones. I think I used the file for destinator. I also put them in the favourites section on the gps 400.

I have just managed to get a file that says,"check speed, you are approaching a speed camera," and actually got my sat nav to say this by renaming the wav file as 141, which was the "favourites alert" ...

When you have saved it to "my Documents" click on the zipped file and then in the left hand cloumn there should be a line that says "extract all files", click this and thats it unzipped.
