| downloaded and unziped the file onto computer, but as the computer doesn't recognise the unit, I can't upgrade the sw as it doesn't see the nuvi, have asked the program to find the drive but it still ... |

The unit fails to go into MAss storage mode and just loads up as normal.
I'm using the cable supplied in box, and plugging it in to the side by the SD slot.
