The Via 135 was one of the last models that does what you want.

The main function missing from it is itinerary planning, if that's important to you. It only has the option to add up to 3 via point ...

a bit more helpfull would be what was the last modle that supported POIs

I think the Garmin has a 32 folder limit, or it did have.

Within those folders though it's as above.

What do you have in mind?
