I have a Galaxy S3 and use the TT app together with Cameralert camera warnings. However, TT Live Traffic will require data downloads so I do not subscribe to it due to cost! |

This is a very delicate connection and I fear that you have broken it! This is a common error (I did it myself on the first one I "repaired!"). I don't think it is repairable? |

Ah! The "straight through" connector was the adaptor from the unit that plugs straight into the power socket (and which therefore has no need of any USB adaptor). My confusing comment!!! But - thanks ... |

Be careful. If you shove 12v up a TT it doesn't like it up it and fries its internals
