Well I had a fresh look this morning and could see I was only using 317mb of the 2GB card so the 1GB should have been plenty.

I therefore copied the 2GB contents to my hard disk and ...

I changed to a 2GB SD card and when I connected HOME it not only said it required the new firmware but also a load of other voices.

OK That got it to reboot and I saw a DOS type screen.

It reboots 3 times changing from a progress bar to splash screen and finally stays at the splash screen.

I deleted all maps off the card so ...

How big should it be? I have a 1GB one installed?
