Any one know whats happened to the Talex website.all Adam Blair sites have dissapeared.

Anyone know if the C1 is going to be available in the uk

I've been using 2 Talex lite's together using both databases and found the Talex database much more accurate than the Novus.

works fine for me not had any problems .

the juntion on A13 with A112 in London which was completed about 7 years ago is now correct,never thought I would live to see the day.

I'am using Novus Talisman on my TomTom 920 for camera alerts which is directional and works well, is it not possible for the pgpsworld to use the same system.

Got an email today fron Talex saying:

as of next week, the Talex with "BTST Updates"
is officially replacing the BTST Locator for good.
And if you already have a BTST Locator or another
Speed ...

I would'nt bother I updated mine and there just as bad as the old ones,in fact around my home area the mapping is worse.

if you dont know Plaistow London and you try to get onto the A13 coming from the station along the A112 using the the latest tomtom maps you will end up going around in circles no slip roads going on ...

I got a second hand BTST Locator 2 a couple of years ago from ebay paid £100 with lifetime updates (which cost £59 to whoever got it first),had it for about 8 months when suddenly I could not download ...

Lets hope they can drop teleatlas altogether and get some more uptodate maps from Navteq,the latest map I just downloaded is worse still for directions to get on and off the A13 at junction with A112 ...
