Not really sure with your problem then, but if you goto www.medion.co.uk
click on drivers & updates in the full search at the bottom type PPC
there is an issue with the 200 with it's own nav s ... |

If the preinstalled navigation software is installed, then it doesn't like to share the GPS port, so make a back up and delete the nav software.
Had this problem using outdoor navigator

I'm running TT5 on a medion MDPPC250 ok.
TT5 installed to pda in DIR :
\Program Files\Navigator
Maps installed on a 1GB SD card in dir
\Storage Card\Great_Britain_Plus-Map

Ffordd Pendyferyn shows up as the street in Valley North Wales, BUT NO HOUSE NUMBERS !!!!!!! Ooops.
This is the same on Auto Route 2003.
So are many of the other mistakes.

Ok I managed to get it working, but it's bizzare.
Under street you have to enter the Street Name first then use a new line for the number i.e
