Hi yes I have had a look at that but there is no file on the 520 called default.wav.

Hi got the new wav files to work but the original voice commands and bings are just a squelching sound
I persume that thia is what yours does? |

Did what you said but the bing sound still happened deleted the ini file still called the original and left the new one and then no warning happened what so e ... |

Do you have to have a 128mb card to install tt5 on the icn520?
Dont think the original sd card is that high.
Can you delete the navman data from it and install the tt data to be able to fit it on?

yes I have tried unsurfaced roads but still no luck.
Like you say I have to pre inspect my routes and alter the settings and insert multistops to get it to stick to a basic route.
