Have you tried to see if you can still access Traffic on your iPaq, assuming you still have the setup running?

Have just taken delivery of a new 930T. Seemed like a good idea to check for updates which I duly accepted and followed instruction to disconnect / restart. Now the unit will not get past the start up ... |
