hard reset, I hold down buttons 1 and 4, the two lowest, and press the soft reset at the back of the unit at the same time til the screen fades to blank
the power button has no effect

sorry, meant to add that when i pop it into the cradle, it does change from 'serial' to 'usb'
also has v1.08 at the foot of the screen
all i want to do at this stage is get the 2210 back in work ... |

would say I am competent at following instructions, but am more of a user of computers.....
what are my options eg assume it will cost me to get the 2210 fixed
who would repair it

I have used a 2210 for 18 months now and have been delighted, an excellent machine. I thought I would further enhance the use of the 2210 and opted for Bluetooth TTN3....and that is when the trouble s ... |
